Returning Faulty & Unwanted Goods
At Images de Provence (UK) Ltd we endeavour to make shopping with us as pleasurable and easy as possible. However, we know that on occasion it may be necessary to return an item.
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within 7 working days of delivery.
To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by us, please phone 01794 502363 or email nevbowles@hotmail.co.uk giving full details.
To return an unwanted order and cancel your contract, please package the relevant item securely, in its original condition, and send it to us, with a note giving the reason for the return as 'Contract cancellation', so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Once we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item within three working days.
To return a faulty or damaged item, please package it securely, in its original condition, and send it to us, with a note outlining the problem.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
